When do you update your shop?

How much will I pay for delivery?

I am based in Czech Republic and I ship my ceramics worldwide. The shipping costs are calculated depending on the weight of products and country of delivery. To see what it will cost, just add items to the shopping cart and select your country at checkout.

What is the delivery time to my country?

All packages are shipped via Czech Post. The delivery time can vary a lot, and it is hard to predict. Depending on the specific country and its current situation (especially during peak shipping seasons), the delivery time is usually about:

  • 7 - 14 days around Europe 

  • 2 - 6 weeks overseas

I want to add another product to my order. Is it possible?

If you place an order and decide to add another product later, just make another order and I will unite them into one shipment (please leave a note about that at checkout). After shipping I will refund you the difference in postage. In case you have already received a confirmation email with tracking number, combining of orders is no longer possible and they will be shipped separately.

Is there some reservation time for items in my shopping cart?

Unfortunately not, the Squarespace system does not allows me to set up any reservation time for items in your shopping cart. That means the items are not reserved for you until you complete payment at the checkout. If someone else complete the purchase before you, you will not be able to order the item. I apologise for any inconvenience this may causes.

My best advice is to be prepared and quick at checkout especially shortly after new release. (Creating a customer account can help you with this. You can add the delivery address and payment methods before the sale.)
